Rainbow Fit Club started as a weekly walk at Tower Grove Park, a way to consistently get out into the world and meet a few new friends. Join us each Saturday at 8am for a walk around half of the park.

Rainbow Fit Club is a queer-centered community for people who want connection, fresh air, and a reason to get out and move. Our offerings are low-key, accessible, and rooted in fun and play rather than pressure or intensity.

We believe in a world where LGBTQ2SIA+ people—especially trans and gender nonconforming folks—are supported, safe, and free to show up as they are. There’s never any requirement to declare or “prove” your queerness in order to belong here.
